How remove instance from scene

I do example from this tutroial http://docs.unity3d.com/ru/current/Manual/InstantiatingPrefabs.html and add 3 scripts to scene. After run project I get three times more cubes instead one time. And next problem that I dont see this instance prefab and I dont know how remove it!
